An org chart that builds itself from your directory

Add a manager column to your employee import and the reporting structure appears. No separate tool to maintain, no second source of truth to fall out of date.

Free for every team. No seat caps, no credit card, no paid tier.

Built from data you already have

A managerEmail column in your CSV import is enough. Managers can appear anywhere in the file, including below their own reports.

Search that keeps the context

Look somebody up and their whole reporting line stays on screen. A name without the structure around it is a list, not a chart.

Honest about messy data

People whose manager has left are shown at the top level and counted, not quietly dropped. Reporting loops are flagged rather than hidden.

One directory, not two

Most org charts rot because they live somewhere separate from the system that knows who works here. TruePulse builds the chart from the same employee records that receive surveys, so it is current whenever your directory is.

Everyone can see it

A company directory is ordinarily visible to everybody who works there — that is what makes it a directory. Employees get the chart read-only in their own area, alongside their profile and their goals.

Fixing a reporting line takes one click

Admins can reassign anyone from the chart itself. TruePulse refuses changes that would create a reporting loop and says exactly which one, rather than failing with something generic.

Questions

How do I import reporting lines?
Add a managerEmail column to your employee CSV. TruePulse resolves reporting lines after every row is read, so the order of the file does not matter.
What happens when a manager leaves?
Their reports keep their reporting line so the history is not lost, and the chart shows them at the top level with a note that they need reassigning. Nobody disappears.
Can employees see the whole company?
Yes, read-only. Only admins can change who reports to whom.
