Why this dimension matters
Advocacy scores translate directly into hiring cost. Teams where people refer their friends fill roles faster and cheaper, and referral hires stay longer — which makes this dimension one of the few with a defensible financial case attached.

Questions people ask
How do I calculate eNPS from these questions?
Use the 0–10 recommendation item: percentage of promoters (9–10) minus percentage of detractors (0–6). Passives (7–8) count in the base but not the score. Our free eNPS calculator does it for you.
Is eNPS enough on its own?
No. It compresses everything into one number, which makes it a good scoreboard and a poor diagnosis. Pair it with driver questions so a falling score points somewhere specific.
